Antique embossed greeting postcard reading "Loving Greetings," showing a winged cupid in a pink drape pushing a cart made of daisies and forget-me-nots, with two white doves in flight. Design number 643 at lower right. Divided back with the multilingual Union Postale Universelle heading ("Carte postale - Postkarte - Cartolina postale - Post card" and more). Standard size, about 5.5 x 3.5 inches. Used condition with light corner and edge wear; it carries a 1 cent Franklin stamp, partly scuffed, but no visible postmark.

Inscribed in pencil "from Norma Criswell" and addressed to Mrs. Mary Ester Burton, Wilson St., Salem, Ohio.

Deep embossing and soft spring colors make this a lovely early romantic greeting.
