Antique Easter Greeting postcard showing a curly-haired girl in a blue polka-dot dress, red stockings and black boots, raising a finger at a large brown rabbit sitting up in the grass, with pink and yellow decorated eggs at its feet. Embossed with gold highlights in the trees and on the dress. Divided back with a multilingual header (Postkarte, Post card, Carte postale, Weltpostverein and others) and "Serie 201" printed at lower left. Standard size, about 5.5 x 3.5 inches. Condition: light general wear with a faint round mark in the sky; pencil writing on the back.

The back carries a pencil note that appears to read "From Alice Zimmerman" and "May," and is addressed only to "Mary Esther Burton." There is no stamp or postmark, so it appears to have been hand delivered rather than mailed.
