An early "Best Wishes" greeting postcard with large, richly colored pansies in purple, red, and orange, a purple sweet pea above, and gold lettering at the upper left on a deep maroon ground. Standard size, about 5.5 x 3.5 inches, with a divided back. Used condition with light corner and edge wear, small edge nicks along the bottom, and pencil and crayon writing on the back.

The back is hand-addressed "Mary Esther B." and signed "from Frank T" (as it appears) in purple, with "R F D #6" (as it appears) written at the bottom. No stamp or postmark, so it appears to have been hand-delivered. No publisher name is printed on the card.
