It shows a large frame rectory with dormers, bay window and front porch, with the brick church and its cross behind at left, young street trees and a bare dirt lot in front. Standard size, about 3.5 x 5.5 inches, divided back with no stamp box printed. Unused with no writing; shows a small pinhole or puncture near each top corner, light corner wear, a faint mark at lower left of the image and some toning, see photos.

The photographic image is sepia toned with good detail on the buildings. The divided back reads "This space for message" and "This space for address only."
