Two vintage school bookmark awards for extra reading, issued to Rosilea Kephart at Lincoln School and Pacific City School, Mills County, Iowa. Each features a color illustration with a caption — "Never Too Late To Learn" (boy reading with dog) and "Hello Redbird" (child in snowsuit with dog and sled) — above a printed award certificate reading "A Book Mark for You, Awarded to ___ of ___ School, Mills County, Iowa, for Extra Reading," signed by Amy Hammers, County Superintendent of Schools, with a teacher's signature below (Sarah Jane Lincoln and Goldie Severn).
