Marking: San Diego circular date stamp reading "SAN DIEGO, CALIF. PM 10 NOV 1966," tying the two stamps to the cover.
Franking: two 5-cent George Washington coil definitive stamps, gray-blue, affixed as a pair at upper right and tied by the postmark.
