Unused Cabbage Patch Kids 'Koosas' adoption paperwork with a 1984 Coleco Cabbage Patch Kids fold-out accessory brochure (about 4 x 8.5 in. folded). The Koosas papers are blank and unfilled, with factory fold lines; the brochure shows light handling wear.
The Koosas set includes the Koosas Identification Certificate and Registration Application (printed Xavier Roberts signature as Director, name and owner lines blank), the Koosas Statement with printed left and right pawprints and Wykoosa Valley birthplace, and the blank Cabbage Patch Kids Koosas Kennel Association return envelope with mailing checklist on the back.
