Original black and white photograph of a women's bowling league posed at the head of the lanes, about sixty women in matching white league blouses and dark slacks seated and standing between two ball returns, with scorer's tables, pins, a BAR sign and a few men watching from the side. About 9.9 x 8.2 inches. Good image with light toning and minor edge wear.

The hairstyles, blouses and alley fittings point to the 1950s–60s. The location is not identified on the front, and the back was not photographed.

A great piece of bowling and women's sports history.
