Vintage chrome postcard of Methodist Hospital, Dallas, Texas, with the nurses' home in the background and 1950s cars parked along the drive. The back is captioned "TC 199 - Methodist Hospital with Nurse's home in extreme background. Dallas, Texas," color by Ralph Johnson, Teracolor Card Co., Dallas. Postally used with a Dallas, Tex. machine cancel dated Dec 27, 1957 and a 3c Liberty stamp. Fair to good used condition: there is a crease with a small paper break at the upper left of the front, plus a handwritten message and address on the back.

The message, signed Sandra, is addressed to Margie Kerans, R.R. 3, Charleston, Illinois, and reads in part: "Having a good time - real warm and Dallas is just beautiful. It's really big. We went down town yesterday and went through the big stores. Max & Fay's baby is sure cute."

A nice item for Dallas, Texas hospital and medical history collectors, Methodist history, and Kerans / Charleston, Illinois family researchers.
