Antique Easter postcard reading "With Best Easter Wishes," showing a fluffy yellow chick beside its broken eggshell, eyeing a small bee, in an oval vignette on a peach patterned panel with torn-paper edges, a white pussy-willow branch and a turquoise border. Embossed. Divided back. Standard size, about 5.5 x 3.5 inches. Used, with light edge and corner wear, some light toning and a small edge bend at the lower right of the back.

Posted with a green 1 cent Franklin stamp (Series 1902) and a Salem, Ohio flag cancel dated Apr 17, 6 PM, 1908. Addressed in ink to Miss Mary Esther Burton, Wilson St., Salem, Ohio, with the note "To Mary Esther from Lucy."
