Good vintage condition with toning, scuffing through a letter of the caption, a surface spot at upper right, and light corner and edge wear.

Back: "Published by J. M. Gerrish, Winter Harbor, Me." at top and "Post Cards of Quality. - The Albertype Co., Brooklyn, N.Y." with a vertical POST CARD imprint. A handwritten note in ink reads "Church used for summer visitors closed in winter," and "No 4" is penciled or inked at lower right. No stamp or postmark.
