Bears a \"PASSED BY U.S. ARMY EXAMINER\" censor stamp.\n\nHandwritten content, quoted in part: \"I received the Easter card and letter you sent me today... I usually go into Paris on my day off. Paris is a wonderful town... I've been taking a lot of pictures lately. Film is just for the asking here. I picked up a camera (620) for 6 dollars. I've got five rolls of film at the P.X. being developed now. I'm glad to hear about Nancy and Billy... I'm glad you folks think Dorothy is a grand girl because I think she's the grandest girl in the whole wide world.\" Signed \"Your Bro, Walt.\"\n\nContent describes daily military routine (six-hour work days, one day off per week), leisure time in Paris, comfortable quarters, photography as a hobby, and family news about Nancy, Billy, and Dorothy.\n\nCondition: Good, with expected mailing folds, toning, and staining as shown.
